Nifty Date Night

Seriously. How cute is this?! For all the men out there who probably aren't reading this blog...haha!
This would be a such a cute idea to decorate your patio or backyard for a nice little date night.  Buy some string lights (probably so much cheaper now that the holidays are over), some little lanterns, and then set the table with some nice plates and table cloth! It's simple and it will "WOW" your date, or guests!

Lace Lamp

Such an easy and fun way to make a boring lamp shade into something creative! Go to a thrift store, or Goodwill and find some old lace...next, go to a craft store and buy some spray paint! Tape the lace over the lamp shade and start spraying!! Click the link for more instructions!!

I LOVE COFFEE!

This is a great and CHEAP way to make a little coffee table centerpiece...All you need is a few bowls (dollar store, find them around the house), some coffee beans (grocery store...make sure you have a coupon!) and little tea light candles (Dollar $tore!...duh!) This warmth of the candle gives off that awesome coffee smell! Click the link and then the picture for more direction! Have fun!

Beauty & the Beast Mirror

I probably don't have to say it again, but I will....I LOVE ANTIQUE STORES!
Look at this incredibly beautiful "Beauty and the Beast" mirror that my mom and I found...isn't it gorgeous?! I absolutely love it! (ignore the mess in the reflection!)

Originally, this mirror was about $150, but it was 30% off, which brought it down to $105...but that's not all...Never accept a price at an antique store without bargaining! My mom talked them down to $80...that's about 47% off the original price! This mirror would be beautiful in a girl's bedroom, or to use as a vanity mirror with a beautiful matching dresser.  I encourage you to go to antique stores! You can find really unique items that you can TALK THE PRICE DOWN for!
